Connect your apps

Keystile works with over 750 apps. Each app brings actions (things your AI tool or a workflow can do in it, like Create lead or Upload video) and triggers (events that start a workflow, like New form response) — more than 10,000 actions in all. Every one is checked by Keystile before it runs.

Describe what you want to do, or type an app’s name:

  1. In Keystile Automations, open Connections → New connection.
  2. Pick the app and sign in to it in the window that opens; allow the access it asks for.
  3. That’s it: your AI tools and workflows can now use it, through Keystile.

The connection is stored encrypted on Keystile’s server. Your AI tools never see the password, key or token, and you can remove an AI tool’s access without changing any app password.

A few platforms make every business register its own app before anything can act on its behalf. Keystile shows the steps when you connect; you paste the Client ID and Client Secret, then sign in.

App Where you register Note
YouTube Google Cloud Console → enable YouTube Data API v3 → OAuth client Verify your channel for custom thumbnails
TikTok TikTok for Developers → Login Kit + Content Posting API Until TikTok reviews your app, posts can only be private
Instagram, Facebook Meta for Developers Instagram must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page
Salesforce Your Salesforce org → App Manager → New Connected App Your Salesforce admin may need to approve it
X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest Each platform’s developer portal —

If a password or token changes at the app, the connection stops working and Keystile tells the AI tool. Reconnect it under Connections.
