Repeatable workflows

Anything you do more than twice is worth saving as a workflow in Keystile Automations → Flows. A workflow starts on a trigger (a schedule, a new video, a new sheet row, a form), runs steps across your apps, and can stop for an approval before anything goes public. The same rules, limits and budgets apply as to your AI tool.

Workflow Trigger Steps
One video, everywhere YouTube: new video on your channel Claude writes a teaser per platform → approval → LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Pinterest posts
Content calendar Schedule: every day at 8am Read today’s rows marked “OK” in the calendar sheet → post each to its platform → mark “Posted”
Weekly ideas Schedule: Monday 7am Claude drafts 7 post ideas from last week’s best performers → into the sheet as “Draft”
Reel factory New row in “Reels” sheet Claude script → ElevenLabs voice → HeyGen or Synthesia video → Google Drive → approval → Instagram Reel and TikTok inbox draft
Comment desk Schedule: every 2 hours New YouTube and Instagram comments → Claude drafts replies → simple thank-yous post, the rest wait for you
Long to short YouTube: new video Captions → Claude blog post (WordPress draft), carousel outline, X thread
Weekly report Schedule: Friday 5pm YouTube and Pinterest stats → Google Sheet → Claude summary of what worked → email to you
  1. Keystile Automations → Flows → New flow, pick the trigger.
  2. Add a step per app; map fields from earlier steps (title, file, link).
  3. Add an Approval step before any public post.
  4. Test it with one item, then turn it on.

Or ask your AI tool to describe the steps for you first:

I want a Keystile workflow that, when I publish a YouTube video, writes a LinkedIn post and an X
post about it, waits for my approval, and posts them. List the trigger and each step with the
fields to map.
