A budget for your channel

Video and voice tools charge by the minute or by the character, and an agent stuck in a loop can spend a month’s money in an afternoon. A budget prevents that: each call is priced before it runs and must fit.

I make 4 YouTube videos a month. Each has a HeyGen intro of about 30 seconds, an
ElevenLabs voiceover of about 6 minutes, a Canva thumbnail, and Claude writes the
script, title and description. My budget is $30 a month and $300 a year. Suggest
how to split it between these tools, with a daily cap and some reserve.

It suggests a split, for example HeyGen $12, ElevenLabs $6, Claude $5, Canva $2 and $5 in reserve. Set it on the console’s Policies screen, and a second person approves it before it applies.

The call is stopped before it runs, and your AI tool is told which limit and when it resets. Or choose to have it held so you can approve the odd extra yourself.

The Budgets card shows what is spent and left in each limit, and what each app cost this month.
