You spend hours before and after every client meeting. Keystile lets your AI assistant do that work in your own systems, while client data stays protected and anything sensitive waits for a person.

Before a meeting

Using Keystile, prepare me for tomorrow's 10am meeting with the Patel household: pull their Wealthbox
record, the last three meeting notes, open tasks, and any emails from them this quarter. Give me a
one-page brief with three questions to ask.

After a meeting

Using Keystile, take the Fathom notes from my meeting with the Patels today, write the meeting note
into Wealthbox, create follow-up tasks with due dates, and draft (don't send) a recap email to them.

Paperwork

Using Keystile, start the account-opening packet in DocuSign for the Patels' new Roth IRA using the
details in Wealthbox, and list anything missing.

Reviews season

Using Keystile, list every household whose annual review is due in the next 30 days and draft a
scheduling email for each with my Calendly link. Don't send yet.
  • Client identifiers stay in. Social Security, account and routing numbers are masked or stopped before they reach the AI tool or leave in a message.
  • Sending and moving money wait for you. Emails to clients, account changes and transfers can be held for your approval; you approve exactly that one action.
  • Each client’s data stays with that client. Give the assistant a task for the Patel review, and opening another household’s file is held.
  • Marketing goes through compliance. Public posts are held for review before they go out, and every approved post, with who approved it, is in the signed record.
  • Opening or downloading a client’s documents (statements, tax returns, account forms) needs a person’s approval — held for a person
  • Sending an email or message to a client needs a person’s approval — held for a person
  • Publishing anything publicly (social media, website, video) needs a compliance person’s approval — held for a person
  • Content must not promise or guarantee investment returns or performance — stopped
