Operations teams

Account openings, transfers, beneficiary updates, chasing documents, updating the CRM after every meeting: most of it is the same client details typed into four systems. Keystile lets an AI assistant do the typing, while you stay in charge of anything that matters.

For operations: you approve, the automation does the rest · 0:41
For Apps

Using Keystile, take the new-client form submitted today in Jotform, create the household in
Wealthbox, prepare the DocuSign account-opening envelope, and add a checklist of the documents
we still need. Hold the envelope for me before it's sent.
Using Keystile, go through the "Transfers" sheet, find every transfer older than 10 days without
a status update, and draft a status email for each client. Don't send.
Using Keystile, list the households with documents still missing and who we're waiting on.

Anything you do every week can become a saved workflow in Keystile Automations — a form arrives, the CRM fills, the documents are prepared, a task list is made — with an approval step wherever a person should decide. The same rules and limits apply to workflows as to AI tools.

  • Held actions come to you with everything needed to decide on one card (Approvals).
  • Nothing goes to a client without your approval unless your firm decides otherwise.
  • Every action, by an AI tool or a workflow, is in the record, so “who changed this?” always has an answer.
