Plan and produce with your AI tool

These prompts work in Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT or any AI tool connected to Keystile. Change the apps to the ones you use.

I run a YouTube channel about retirement planning for people in their 50s. Plan 4 videos for
next month: title, hook, 5-point outline and a 6-minute script for each, a 30-second intro for
a HeyGen avatar, and a thumbnail idea. Put it all in my "Content calendar" Google Sheet, one row
per video, status "Draft".
Using Keystile, for row 2 of my "Content calendar" sheet:
1. Make the intro with my HeyGen template "Studio intro" using the intro text.
2. Make the voiceover of the script with ElevenLabs, voice "Rachel".
3. Make the thumbnail in Canva from my "YouTube thumbnail" template with the title.
4. Save everything to Google Drive in "Videos/2026-11".
Tell me what each step cost.
Using Keystile, upload Videos/2026-11/final.mp4 from Google Drive to YouTube as Private with the
title, description and tags from row 2, the thumbnail from the same folder, and the AI-content
label on. Schedule it to go public on Tuesday at 9am Pacific.

Public posts are held for your approval first — approve in the console, and it goes.

Using Keystile, for the video I just scheduled: post a 2-line teaser with the link on LinkedIn
and X, a 30-second vertical cut as an Instagram Reel and a TikTok (Only me for now), and a pin on
my "Retirement" Pinterest board. Show me all the posts before they go out.
Using Keystile, go through yesterday's YouTube and Instagram comments. Draft a reply to each
question, skip spam, and list anything negative for me to answer myself. Don't post yet.
Using Keystile, take the captions of my latest YouTube video and turn them into a blog post for
WordPress (draft), a 6-slide Instagram carousel outline, and an X thread.
Using Keystile, translate my latest HeyGen video into Spanish and Hindi, and upload each to
YouTube as Unlisted with translated titles and descriptions.
